Cancellation Policy
At NailedbyQueenie, your time is valuable and so is mine. To respect both, please review the cancellation policy below:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
• Same-day cancellations will result in a fee of (50%) of service booked in order to book again.
• No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be banned from future bookings.
• If running late please inform me, after 15 minutes a $15 late fee is applied
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible via text or through the booking site.
